These terms apply to your use of Naturotechnica at naturotechnica.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Naturotechnica for a business, you agree on its behalf.

What Naturotechnica is

Naturotechnica provides decision support: information and suggestions about irrigation, crop disease risk, yield and site conditions, based on public data, models and the information you provide.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Naturotechnica.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Your data

You own the data you add, such as field outlines, crops and logs. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service and to improve our models, as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell your data.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, disrupt or overload the service, reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it for anything unlawful.

Changes and availability

We are improving Naturotechnica all the time, so features may change. We aim to keep the service available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. If we make significant changes to these terms, we will let you know.

Pricing

Naturotechnica is currently offered free of charge during its early-access period. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Naturotechnica is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including crop, yield or revenue losses, arising from your use of or reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using Naturotechnica at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
